Career Transformation Program

The program is designed specifically for career transitioners ready to take the next step in their professional lives. Our three-phase approach is a comprehensive program that guides you through identifying your new career, creating a plan to obtain a position in your desired field, and developing the job search tools necessary to secure your dream job.

Phase One: Career Exploration
In the beginning stages of our program, we will work together to uncover your interests, values, skills, abilities, and areas of expertise. Our use of the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) will be instrumental in this process, and you can find more information about it on the dedicated tab. We will go through various exercises and assessments, taking into account the financial and personal implications, to find the best career options for you. At the conclusion of this phase, you will have chosen 1-3 career paths to explore further.
 

Phase Two: Action Planning
In the second phase of our program, we'll create an action plan to help you obtain a position in your new field. This plan will include strategies on how to market yourself in a new role. We'll work with you every step of the way to ensure that you're confident and prepared to succeed.

Phase Three: Job Search Tools
In the final phase of our program, we'll develop the job search tools you need to land your dream job, including revising your resume, optimizing your LinkedIn profile, and providing tips for interviewing.

The Basic package offers a professional review and feedback on your resume and LinkedIn profile. We will provide valuable insights and constructive criticism to help you refine and improve your job search documents. You'll receive detailed feedback on formatting and content to help you stand out from the competition.

The Basic Plus package includes everything in the Basic package, plus a mock interview session with our expert consultant. You'll be able to practice your interview skills in a supportive and realistic setting, receiving valuable feedback and guidance to help you succeed in your next job interview.

Currently based in Tampa, FL, Camille dedicates her time to various institutions. She works as a Career Consultant and Webinar Facilitator for a human resources consulting firm, serves as a Career Services Lead for a
career college, and reigns as the Chief Alchemist at CareerElixir. At CareerElixir, she creates customized career change solutions for individuals seeking to switch up their professional paths using her signature formula.
 

Camille holds a degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and an MBA from Duke University. She is a Highlands Certified Consultant and a CCA Certified Career Transition Coach. When not helping clients, Camille can be found soaking up the Florida sunshine with friends, practicing "barre,” or listening to audiobooks.
